Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key – New trailer and release date announced
They say all good things must come to an end – In celebration of the Atelier Ryza games selling over 1.3 million copies, and marking the 25th Anniversary of the Atelier series, Koei Tecmo and GUST have announced that the upcoming Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key will draw to an end the trilogy of stories featuring our plucky protagonist, Reiselin Stout aka “Ryza.”
The seven-minute video presented by Junzo Hosoi, head of GUST studios, details some new features and what can be expected in the upcoming game. These new features include riding dolphins to traverse water, a new key system to help with synthesis and battles, eleven playable characters, seamless wide open maps to explore, and riding dolphins. Did we mention there are dolphins to ride?

The video highlights the gorgeous hand-crafted visuals and character designs, as well as showcasing some exhilarating combat gameplay, but the video is also worth the watch simply to soak up the atmosphere of the stunning world GUST has created.
As huge fans of the series, we were thrilled to see that the release date for the game has also been announced, and we hope to bring you more news and a full written review upon the game’s worldwide release.
Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key is scheduled for release on the 24th of February 2023 on the PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC (Steam).
