It’s time to dip your toes into the world of Disgaea!
As we near the PlayStation and PC release of Disgaea 6 on the 28th of June 2022, you can now download the demo and check out one of the funniest, and most certainly trickiest, strategy JRPG series.
The demo will allow players to dabble with the game’s mechanics, experience the witty narrative, and take in the colourful, stylish, interesting graphics and artwork. You will get to sample a short vignette of the humourous story with the main protagonist, Zed (a zombie), and his dog, Cerberus (also a zombie), as they aim to once again take down the God of destruction.
For any existing Disgaea fans, you’ll be pleased to know there is a new gameplay mechanic to change things up called the Super Reincarnation System;
“Introducing the Super Reincarnation system!
Zed uses Super Reincarnation, a spell that supersedes even death, to reincarnate into another Netherworld when he’s defeated by the God of Destruction.
Although you return to Level 1 when you Super Reincarnate, you are able to carry over your strength. Through Super Reincarnation, you can become extraordinarily strong, even at Level 1!
Super Reincarnation gives you Karma. You can use the Karma you have collected to improve your stats and skills, including stats that don’t usually increase, such as your counter attacks and movement!”
Disgaea 6 Complete will also feature all of the game’s previous DLC which will include all the previously released character and costume items as part of the new package.
Disgaea 6 Complete is due to release on June the 28th, 2022, and will be coming to the PS4, PS5, & PC.
