As has been rumoured, a remastered version of the Mafia trilogy is on the way.
This is probably disappointing news for anyone hoping to hear about a fourth instalment to the franchise.
The first two Mafia games were excellent, though, so it will be exciting revisiting these worlds with a new, higher fidelity polish. The third game obviously only released this generation anyway, so it’s unlikely to have received any visual overhaul.
Whether there will be any opportunity to buy these games separately has yet to be announced, however, we are expecting a bigger announcement early next week.
